At Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai Camp

we accommodate students of all skill levels and do our best to help them meet their goals. Upon checking into our camp we determine your skill level and set your training program accordingly.

We categorize our students into either one of 3 levels:

– Beginner/Intermediate
– Advanced/Amateur Fighter
– Professional Fighter

The morning training sessions start at the camp at 7am after everyone has returned from the morning run. How far you run and how long you train for depends upon your level of fitness and your goals. Morning training is usually 1 – 1 ½ in duration.

We split our afternoon training into 2 sessions. Our Foreign guest start training at 2pm. Our professional Thai Boxers and Professional Foreign Boxers start training at 3pm. Afternoon training is usually 2 – 2 ½ hours in duration.
