Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art slash combat sport system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. The principle of Bjj is that a smaller person can defeat a bigger person by using leverage and submissions (chokes/locks) to defend.
Bjj has grown in recent times with the wider audience of Mma. We have a class suitable for beginners as well as those looking to compete in Bjj or Mma and all levels are welcome.
Our program is run by lucas Cannon with over ten years experience Lucas is a successful competitor and trainer with Bjj greats Robert Drysdale, Alex Auget, Pedro Lott and Eddie Bravo.
Private lessons are also available as well as classes.
